CENTURIA reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event we find a pricing error; we will make every attempt to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error. If a pricing error is determined, CENTURIA will notify the customer of the pricing discrepancy and will determine a resolution at that time.
(f) Refund / Support Policy
CENTURIA offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your product(s), we will provide you with a replacement within 30-days of reporting a defect. To arrange a replacement on a purchase, you can contact us at info @ centuria.net.
CENTURIA products are only available in the United States. Order’s processed within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order and the average transit time is 5-7 business days. Transit times will vary based upon your location. CENTURIA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once our carriers indicate that the item has been delivered, we consider the order complete.
All shipments are sent through USPS, or UPS. Carriers may also vary depending on your locations. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim by emailing us at info @ centuria.net.
